You can block unwanted email or override the SPAM filter on email you want by blacklisting or whitelisting an email address in the SquirrelMail SPAM filter.
Log into the webmail on receptor.
Select SpamFilter
Select
Email List Management

The blacklist is the list of email addresses that you consider to be SPAM.

 

Select blacklist from the list dropdown

 

 

 

 

Fill in the address you want to block

Click
Add Entry and the address will be added to your blacklist

The whitelist is the list of emails from which you want to always accept mail, no matter what the SPAM filter thinks it is.

Select whitelist from the SPAM filter options

Fill in the address that you never want to spam filter
Click
Add Entry and the address will be added to your whitelist
To remove an address from your black- or white-list
Click the check box next to the address you want to remove
Click
Remove Selected
to remove the address from the list
