Log on to the webmail interface by going to https://receptor.med.harvard.edu and entering your username and your password.

You should see something like this:

Click on the link that says 'Options' . You will then see the 'Options' screen. Scroll down towards the bottom and you will see the link 'Vacation Message/ Message Forwarding'. Click on this link.

You want to check mark the box that says 'Send Auto-Reply to Sender'. In the 'Vacation Subject' box type whatever you want the subject of your vacation message to be. In the 'Vacation Message' type what you would like the body of your message to say. Then click on the 'Change Settings' button.
