♦ Postdoctoral researcher in the Wu Lab (Ruth L. Kirschstein NRSA fellow).
♦ Ph. D. in Cellular and Developmental Biology from Harvard Medical School, Boston MA (National Science and Engineering Research Council postgraduate scholar).
♦ Bachelor of Science with Honours and the University Medal in Biology from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
